Our small but friendly club is part of the United Kingdom Aikikai (one of the biggest aikido organisations in the UK). We practise the mainstream style of aikido (aikikai) in a traditional manner.
If you're interested in starting aikido, or you already train, you're welcome to come along and join us on the mat.
Tuesday Classes are Beginners' Classes!
If you're thinking of giving aikido a go, come along to one of our Tuesday classes at Egham leisure centre (just come in loose clothes like jogging trousers and a sweatshirt). We know that starting something new can be daunting, so on Tuesdays we keep the classes especially suitable for newcomers by focussing on the basics. Turn up and start training! Your first class is free.

Our Members
We're lucky to have an unusually high level of experience in our club. In a regular class, more often than not your partner will be someone who's been training for over ten years. Because aikido practice is cooperative, this is great for beginners! We often train at national courses or at other dojos, and most of our black belts have practised at the aikikai headquarters in Japan.
